Farley ‘Flex’ Nwaigbo is a highly respected figure in music, radio, and television, with a legacy of shaping the Canadian urban music landscape. He is best known as the founder of FLOW 93.5, Canada’s first urban music radio station, where his programming helped reflect and elevate the country’s cultural diversity. As a former judge on Canadian Idol, Farley mentored aspiring singers with authenticity and deep industry insight.
Beyond entertainment, Farley is a passionate social entrepreneur and youth advocate. His work has created platforms for emerging talent while empowering the next generation through mentorship and community development.

Named among the Top 60 Most Influential Youths in Ibadan (2016 & 2020) and Top 50 Entrepreneurs in the city, Mr. Rain is also the founder of Theatre Hub Africa, the leading privately-owned theatre company in Oyo State. His contributions bridge both the creative and corporate sectors.
